Add Some Sparkle to Your Outfit with a Well-Chosen Cocktail Ring

Nothing elevates an outfit quite like a cocktail ring. Whether you prefer one with a colored stone or with a clear one (read: diamond), there is no shortage of occasions that a cocktail ring can be worn to, or the number of fingers on your hand that one can be worn on.

The right ring finger is the most traditional place to wear a women’s cocktail ring, although you can place them on your middle or index fingers as well. However, while you might be able to get away with two rings on the same hand, three might be a little too much. After all, you are trying to call attention to yourself, your hands, and your outfit, but not in that way!

Cocktail rings generally fall into three different categories. There are the classic single stone rings, which feature a large, prominent center stone. The multi-stone rings tend to mimic this, but have a series of small diamonds in a pave setting around them. Lastly, there are the rings that don’t have just a center stone – they have a series of stones in a creative pattern, or even a large pearl.

Single Stone Cocktail Rings
When most people think of cocktail rings, these are what come to mind. The classic single stone ring features a simple band upon which the well-cut, colorful stone rests. You have your choice of colors, from a brilliant blue topaz to an elegant magenta tourmaline, in any color of the rainbow. This makes it easier to find one that matches, or contrasts with your outfit. A little black skirt suit will look great when paired with a yellow diamond, or you can match your ring to your eyes with an elegant marquis cut emerald.

Multi-Stone Cocktail Rings
A multi-stone cocktail ring tends to have one large center stone, much like their single stone counterparts. However, that one simple stone is surrounded by dozens of others. A pave diamond circle, square, or other shape is inlaid around the center stone. In some cases, the band is either entirely or partially covered in these tiny stones as well. The resulting ring is both eye catching and striking at the same time.

A Step Beyond Stones
Sure, diamonds, emeralds and rubies are the – literal – “stuff” that cocktail rings are made out of. However, don’t forget about other centerpieces, like pearls and other decorative elements. A large stone may make your ring stand out from the crowd, but one with an enormous pearl at the center will be equally show stopping. You can also find cocktail rings with decorative shapes at their centers. Those shapes, for example, a squiggle, a butterfly, a star, or a trio of flowers, will have the same effect as a single center stone.

No matter which style of cocktail ring you choose, what matters is the attitude with which you wear it. Wearing one of these rings means that you want a little attention. Be sure to make plenty of gestures when you speak in order to get people to look at your hands. A large, colorful cocktail ring is nothing to be ashamed of!

Highly Detailed Joe Rodeo Watches Should Not Be Ignored

Are you ready for something that is both powerful and eye catching at the same time? If so, then you are looking for a Joe Rodeo watch. Joe Rodeo watches fit that bill quite nicely. They symbolize power and presence, thanks to their large faces and diamond detailing. Nothing says “here I am” quite like a large-faced Joe Rodeo watch.

Joe Rodeo is a quintessential New York brand that has been in business since 1980. The company was founded in New York City, and is still headquartered in the center of town. Although Joe Rodeo’s eponymous line of watches has been spotted on the wrists of rappers like Akon, Master P and Ludacris, the look and feel of the timepieces appeal to just about everyone who wants something eye catching.
With several different lines to choose from, including the Master, Victory and Apollo watches, there is something for just about every man. The Master line of Joe Rodeo watches is characterized by its black metal bands, contracting watch faces and diamond detailing. Some of these models feature almost 3 carats of pave diamonds that circle around the face of the watch.

The Joe Rodeo Victory line has white gold or platinum bands and watches faces. Unlike the Master watches, these have quite a few more diamonds, and usually have over 16 carats of them encircling the entire watch face – including some on the face and bands themselves.

Joe Rodeo’s Apollo watches are a marked contrast to the others, as they are available in a wide variety of colors, including gold, black and silver. These have fewer diamonds, and those diamonds are clustered around the outer bands of the watch face, leaving the number plainly visible. Think of them as being like the “entry level” Joe Rodeo watch – once you have one, you will only want to go up in status and carats.
If you’re in the market for a Joe Rodeo watch, look no further than 24 Diamonds. We are an authorized retailer of Joe Rodeo watches, and have featured these timepieces in various advertising campaigns. Several of these ad campaigns have appeared in XXL Magazine and Respect Magazine. Previous ad campaigns have been in Ocean Drive Magazine (showcasing Joe Rodeo’s line of women’s watches) and other places.
Purchasing one is the only way to understand that the power and precision of a Joe Rodeo watch commands respect. And that is all that matters.
